What makes your jewelry unique?

Our jewelry is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, honoring the service and heritage of military personnel. We offer customization options to make each piece truly personal.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

No worries! We offer free resizing for all our rings. Just contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.

How can I verify the authenticity of a piece?

Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and detailed information about the materials used.

Do you really offer the best deal online?

Yes! We offer our Apples to Apples price guarantee.

There's a lot of online competition out there and we have 100% confidence in our quality. The Jewelry Republic is committed to providing not only the best products and services, but also the best price.

Our guarantee is simple, if you see a qualified product online that is identical or very similar to one of our products, we will match the price. The product in question must quality according to the conditions below, if the products are similar, you've got a deal.

If there is some level of material difference, we will explain to you what we see & why. Before you buy, simply email a link to the product & store to info@thejewelryrepublic.com and tell us what you want. No screen shots please.

To qualify, the item must NOT be or be part of:

  • Custom design requiring sketch or 3D Services.
  • 2 or more ring size variation
  • Different raw material (diamond specs, gems, gold, silver, gold filled, brass, alloy, plated or others)
  • Rebates, free offers, buy one, get one offers, sales tax promotions or tax-free events, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers.
  • Price Promise can’t be combined with any other The Jewelry Republics offer, promotion, discount or coupon. Meaning, military discount will not apply.
  • The Jewelry Republic reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities.
  • Third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites. For example, we price-match items sold by Amazon.com but not by a third-party seller on Amazon.com.
  • Pricing from bid and auction websites
  • Sales tax is excluded
  • Advertising pricing errors or misprints
  • Credit terms and finance offers

        What if the product I want is out of stock?

        All of our items shown on our official social media channels and our website are available for purchase.

        However, there may be rare cases when a product is out of stock. Please contact us at info@thejewelryrepublic.com or through our official social media channels if you come across such a product.

        We use a variety of high-quality materials, including sterling silver, gold, and stainless steel, ensuring durability and a premium finish.

        Can I customize a piece of jewelry?

        Yes, we offer extensive customization options, allowing you to add personal touches such as engravings, specific insignias, and more.

        Do you offer jewelry for all branches of the military?

        Absolutely! We have collections dedicated to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.

        How do I know my ring size?

        We provide a detailed ring sizing guide on our website. If you're still unsure, you can visit a local jeweler for an accurate measurement.

        SHIPPING AND RETURNS

        What is your return policy?

        We accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Worn, used, or altered merchandise will not be accepted.

        What if the item was a gift?

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

        What if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves?

        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

        Do you offer repair services?

        Yes, we are happy to repair your item as required. Email us at info@thejewelryrepublic.com with your question and a photo of the item, and we will coordinate the repair.

        Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

        You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        SPECIAL SERVICES

        Can I order a custom design not listed on your website?

        Yes, we welcome custom design requests. Contact our customer service team with your ideas, and we will work with you to create a unique piece.

        Do you offer discounts for military personnel?

        Yes, we offer special discounts for active duty, veterans, and their families. Check our website or contact us for more details.

        What if I need my order by a specific date?

        If you have a specific deadline, please contact our customer service team. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

        How do I care for my ring to keep it looking new?

        Regularly clean your ring with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and store it in a jewelry box when not in use.

        Can I get a ring engraved with a special message?

        Absolutely! We offer engraving services to add a personal touch to your ring. Just let us know what you'd like engraved.

        TAXES

        We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of COLORADO. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.
